Reservations: In helping to manage a small inn, advance reservations require a fifty dollar deposit at time of reserving for one night stays and 50% deposit of extended stays. All reservations must be paid in full seven days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Arnerican Express, Discover card and Diners Club.
Cancellations: Within three days of scheduled arrival - full refund. Within two days of scheduled arrival - gift certificate for full amount only if room is re-rented. Within one day or a no=show, loss of deposit.
Room Rates: Weekend room rates are posted under room descriptions. Sunday through Thursday rat is discounted ten dollars from weekend rates. Check "Happenings" for internet room specials! Corporate rates are available Sunday thru Thursday for single occupancy only starting at $59.75. Holiday rates are slightly higher than weekend rates and apply to any three-day weekend, holiday and major event weekend. Rates subject to change.
Check-in & Check-out: You are welcome to check-in between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 6:00 pm must be prearranged. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is 11:05- 12:05... ten dollars additional.
HOUSE POLICIES: * We welcome children over 10 years of age to stay in our inn.
* Smoking is permitted in our Victorian Bar only.
* Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
* Our inn has no pets and we ask you to please leave yours at home.
For our guest's convenience, there is a pay phone located
in the second floor hallway. Our rooms do not have telephones
and we suggest you bring a portable cellular phone if you
need to be contacted during the night.
